Service Description

A thorough, top-to-bottom cleaning that tackles areas beyond the standard scope, including the exterior of cabinets and drawers, closets, baseboards, walls (spot cleaning). Ideal for first-time clients or homes that haven't had a professional clean in 60+ days. Basements are treated as an additional bedroom and are not included in base pricing. Please select the basement cleaning add-on when booking. Note: Heavy buildup, stuck-on food, excessive grease, or years of accumulated grime will require our Heavy interior buildup add-on ($125) to ensure sufficient time and labor. Clutter & Accessibility Notice: Our cleaning services do not include organizing or removing personal belongings. Areas with heavy clutter (clothing, boxes, or other items) must be cleared prior to service to allow proper cleaning. If excessive clutter is present, certain areas may be skipped or may require additional time and fees. Our Deep Cleaning includes everything in Standard Cleaning, plus: • Detailed baseboard cleaning • Door and door frame wipe-down • Light switch and outlet plate cleaning • Detailed bathroom grout attention • Interior window, sills, and tracks cleaning • Detailed vent dusting • Wall spot cleaning (minor marks) • Closet shelving and rod cleaning Services involving hazardous materials, biohazards, or unsafe conditions may require specialty remediation or may be declined at our discretion.
