Terms & Conditions (Service Agreement)

1. Services

[NextGen Cleaning LLC] provides residential cleaning and vehicle cleaning services as selected during booking. Service times listed are estimates and may vary depending on the condition of the property or vehicle.

 

 

2. Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Customers agree to provide accurate information regarding the condition and size of the cleaning area or vehicle so adequate time can be allocated.

We reserve the right to adjust service duration or pricing if conditions differ significantly from what was described during booking.

 

 

3. Access to Property or Vehicle

Customers must ensure safe and timely access to the home, apartment, or vehicle at the scheduled appointment time.

If our team cannot access the property or vehicle, the appointment may be canceled and a cancellation fee may apply.

 

 

4. Cancellations

Customers may cancel a scheduled appointment at any time.

A deposit is required to secure most service appointments. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled service time.

If a cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, the deposit may be refunded at the discretion of [NextGen Cleaning LLC].

Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment ("no-show") will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

 

 

5. Payment

A deposit is required to reserve most service appointments. The deposit amount will be displayed at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise stated.

Certain services may require full payment at the time of booking, which will be clearly indicated during the booking process.

We accept payment through the approved payment methods listed on our website or booking platform.

Failure to complete payment may result in refusal of future service.

If the condition of the property or vehicle requires significantly more time or labor than originally anticipated, additional charges may apply and will be communicated before continuing service whenever possible.

 

 

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.

 

 

7. Limitations of Liability

While we take great care in providing our services, [NextGen Cleaning LLC] is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Items not disclosed prior to cleaning

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improperly installed items or fragile surfaces

Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

 

 

8. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a property, vehicle, or environment is deemed unsafe or hazardous for our staff.

 

 

9. Right to Refuse Service

[NextGen Cleaning LLC] reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including unsafe conditions, harassment, or illegal activity.

 

 

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.

 

 

Property or Vehicle Condition

Service pricing is based on the condition described at the time of booking.

If the property or vehicle is significantly more soiled, cluttered, or time-intensive than originally described, [NextGen Cleaning LLC] reserves the right to:

  • Adjust the service price

  • Adjust the service duration

  • Decline or reschedule the service if necessary

Any additional charges will be discussed with the customer before continuing the service whenever possible.

 

 

Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, and fragile items prior to service.

While our team takes care when performing services, [NextGen Cleaning LLC] is not responsible for loss or damage to items that were left in the cleaning area or inside the vehicle.

 

 

Parking and Access

Customers must ensure that adequate access and legal parking are available for our team at the time of service.

If our team is unable to access the property or vehicle due to parking restrictions, locked gates, or unavailable access, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit may be forfeited.

 

 

Vehicle Condition & Liability

By booking a vehicle cleaning or detailing service, the customer acknowledges that the vehicle may have pre-existing wear, damage, stains, or mechanical issues.

[NextGen Cleaning LLC] is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Electrical or mechanical issues unrelated to the cleaning service

  • Loose trim, panels, or components that become detached during normal cleaning

  • Damage resulting from heavily worn or deteriorated materials

Customers are responsible for removing personal items and valuables from the vehicle prior to service.

Any damage concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

 

 

Independent Business Disclaimer

[NextGen Cleaning LLC] operates as a registered limited liability company. All services are provided by the company and its authorized team members.

Customers agree that any claims related to services provided shall be limited to the business entity and not to the personal liability of its owners, members, or employees, except where required by law.

 

 

Stain Removal Disclaimer

Not all stains, odors, or marks can be completely removed through standard cleaning or detailing processes.

While we make every effort to improve the appearance of surfaces and interiors, results cannot be guaranteed.

 

Our team may arrive within a 30–60 minute arrival window of the scheduled appointment time due to traffic and prior appointments.

 

Our team members must be treated with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

 

Exterior services may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather conditions for the safety of our team and the quality of service.

 

 

Results Disclaimer

Cleaning and detailing services significantly improve the appearance of surfaces; however, complete restoration cannot be guaranteed, particularly with permanent stains, discoloration, or wear.
