Service Description

Complete deep clean for homes being vacated or occupied. Includes exterior cabinets, closets, exterior of appliances, exterior + interior windows, and bathrooms. Optional add-ons: Heavy pet hair removal, garage cleaning, heavy interior buildup, interior oven cleaning, interior fridge cleaning, interior cabinets/drawer cleaning. Basements are treated as an additional bedroom and are not included in base pricing. Please select the basement cleaning add-on when booking. Note: Heavy buildup, stuck-on food, excessive grease, or years of accumulated grime will require our Heavy interior buildup add-on ($125) to ensure sufficient time and labor. Clutter & Accessibility Notice: Our cleaning services do not include organizing or removing personal belongings. Areas with heavy clutter (clothing, boxes, or other items) must be cleared before service to allow proper cleaning. If excessive clutter is present, certain areas may be skipped or may require additional time and fees. Our Move Cleaning includes everything in Deep Cleaning, plus: • Detailed trim and molding wipe-down • Final property reset for listing or turnover Services involving hazardous materials, biohazards, or unsafe conditions may require specialty remediation or may be declined at our discretion.
