Service Description

Homes that are already fairly tidy and need regular upkeep. Pricing reflects homes in average living conditions. Homes with excessive buildup, heavy staining, neglected areas, excessive trash, pet hair saturation, or long-term dirt accumulation require a Deep Clean service. Basements are treated as an additional bedroom and are not included in base pricing. Please select the basement cleaning add-on when booking. Clutter & Accessibility Notice: Our cleaning services do not include organizing or removing personal belongings. Areas with heavy clutter (clothing, boxes, or other items) must be cleared prior to service to allow proper cleaning. If excessive clutter is present, certain areas may be skipped or may require additional time and fees. Our Standard Cleaning includes: • Dusting all accessible surfaces • Wipe-down of countertops and tables • Exterior cabinet and drawer cleaning • Sink cleaning and sanitizing • Appliance exterior wipe-down • Microwave interior cleaning • Bathroom sink, toilet, tub, and shower cleaning • Mirror and fixture polishing • Vacuuming carpets and rugs • Sweeping and mopping hard floors • Trash removal and liner replacement • Light tidying of surfaces • Exterior window glass wipe-down Services involving hazardous materials, biohazards, or unsafe conditions may require specialty remediation or may be declined at our discretion.
